ONEAC UPS OPERATION TROUBLESHOOTING
AND REFERENCE GUIDE

Prior to calling Tech Support please have the following information on hand. It is located on a white sticker located
on the back of the UPS near the receptacles:

Unit Description
• The plug of the ONePlus unit (black box) must be plugged directly into an operating wall receptacle. Your
POS equipment must be plugged into receptacles of the ONePlus UPS.
• On the back of the ONePlus UPS's are four (4) receptacles. See drawing below. The ONE404AG-SE unit
that you have is designed to supply backup power for 5 minutes under full load and12 minutes under half
load. Note: Due to application specific conditions, your actual run time may be different.
400 VA Unit
• On the front of the unit is the On/Off button, an alarm silence button and 4 LED's (lights).
On/Off Button: Turns unit on/off. To turn unit on/off press and hold button for 3 seconds.
Alarm Silence Button: Silences the alarm. To silence the alarm press the alarm silence button.
The alarm will not silence if there is a UPS fault, low battery condition or if the
battery needs to be replaced.
LED Indicator Lights: Indicates the status of the UPS. There are four (4) LED Indicator lights. See
drawing below for reference.
