SPECIFICATIONS
Exterior: Cabinet front, and shroud shall be 22-
gauge stainless steel. Exterior sides shall be aluminum.
Facing of shroud shall be easily removable without the
use of tools.
Cabinet interior shall be anodized aluminum. Bottom
& top of liner shall be die-stamped to provide radius
corners and a recessed bottom. Cabinet shall be
fully insulated with high-density foamed in place
polyurethane.
Doors: Unit is provided with hinged glass front
door(s). Doors on freezer units are constructed with
double-pane low E, Argon filled tempered thermopane
glass. Glass doors are constructed with a combination
of extruded aluminum & PVC, and are provided with
magnetic gaskets. Doors will have self-closing hinges
and continuous handle along vertical dimension of door(s).
Glass door constructed to eliminate need for heater wires.

Mechanical controls shall be located behind a removable
shroud facing.
Freezers: All components are mounted to the exterior
cabinet ceiling, outside the food zone and are assembled
as one piece and can be removed as one piece.
Environmentally friendly R404A refrigerant is used. System
has the capability of maintaining between -5 ˚F and 0˚F in
heavy use food service operations. Refrigerant is metered
using a highly responsive thermostatic expansion valve.
System is controlled using Delfield’s ACT-Advanced Control
Technology electronic temperature control, which provides
improved pull down times, reducing compressor cycling and
longer compressor life with lower energy consumption.
Control system uses adaptive defrost to assure
evaporator coil is free of ice and operating at optimum
efficiency. Evaporator condensate is eliminated using an
energy efficient hot gas system.
Single Voltage Models Only: Electrical connections
shall be 115 volt, 60 hertz, single phase.
Notes: Bottom to be reinforced with 14-gauge channels.
All units to be supplied with easily attachable 16-gauge
stainless steel ramps, one per door opening. Wiper gasket
shall be provided on bottom of door for seal to ramp.
