General Description
The wireless WiCOS D delegate unit is an ideal choice for mobile conference systems
where flexibility and reliability is a must. It has been designed with utmost sim-
plicity for the participants in mind. Its compact and elegant design harmoniously
blends in with any conference room.
Each unit holds its own high-performance, battery pack with an operating time of
20+ hours. Nearly every feature of the delegate unit is fully automatic. Once permis-
sion to speak is granted and the microphone goes live, indicated by a LED ring, the
built-in speaker automatically mutes to prevent feedback noise.
Participants can connect two headphones or neck induction loops for individual
volume adjustment. The wireless signal transmission of WiCOS is completely encryp-
ted to be safe from unauthorized listeners.

Profile
A wireless delegate unit shall be easy to operate and set
up. It shall work safely encrypted in both, the 2,4 GHz and
5 GHz band to avoid interference from other devices. The
operating time shall cover more than 20 hours; the battery
shall be chargeable within the delegate unit or via an ex-
ternal charging device. Two 3.5 mm headphone connectors
shall be supplied with individual volume setting. The ope-
ration mode of the microphone shall be indicated by a LED-
ring. The delegate shall have the option to push a button
to activate the microphone or to request to speak.
