The 8943RDA is an SD/HD/3G-SDI reclocking
distribution amplifier with one electrical input
feeding eight reclocked electrical outputs. The
module is completely DVB ASI compliant.
This module can distribute HD/3G-SDI or
SD-SDI, making it ideal for mixed-format
applications or installations where an upgrade
to HD/3G is planned. Cable equalization is up
to 90 meters for HD/3G-SDI and 440 meters
for SD-SDI.
All parameters can be configured directly
from the card edge or via a standard HTML
Web browser when the 8900NET (Net Card)
Network Interface module has been installed.
The module operation and configuration, as
well as the signal presence and format, can
be monitored using industry standard SNMP
protocol via the 8900NET (Net Card) module.
