GENERAL USE AND APPLICATIONS
Use your smartphone, tablet or computer to monitor for water
leaks that could lead to frozen pipes and mold growth.* Water
damage can originate in almost any room: frozen pipes, broken
pipes, broken dishwasher hose or leakage, washing machine
overflow, leaking roof, basement leaks, foundation cracks,
plumbing leaks, sump pump overflow and leaks from bad
weather such as snow, rain or floods.* The good news is that
water damage is a costly problem that you can prevent: Simply
connect the gateway to your network router to enable remote
monitoring with text and e-mail alerts from anywhere with
Internet access.*
Wall-mount the water detector, or use tabletop bracket/stand,
and place the H2O sensor on the floor to monitor the area for
water.* Alerts are sent if water is detected, if the batteries are
low or if the connection is lost.*

FEATURES AND MEASUREMENTS (Diagram 1)
(A) Wireless Remote Water Detector:
• LCD displays water status: WET (H20) or DRY
• Transmits collected data to your Internet Gateway
(not included) within a 200 Ft. wireless range.
• Weather resistant case (not water proof)
Note: The case with LCD cannot get wet and may
be affected by high humidity conditions.
• Wall hanging or free standing
(B) H20 Water Sensor on 6 Ft. Detachable Cable:
• H20 sensor detects the presence or absence of water
• **Attach it to the water detector case and place the
sensor on the floor or other area you wish to monitor
for WET/DRY conditions.
• **The official D000.105 H20 Sensor can be plugged
into the sensor at any time without resetting.
HOW IT WORKS
• The wireless sensor transmits data to the Internet
Gateway (not included) within a 200 Ft. (60.96m) range.*
• The Internet Gateway (not included) connects to your
existing network router and uses your high-speed Internet
connection to upload collected measurements to your own
account at www.lacrossealerts.com.*
• Once the sensor is activated with the Internet Gateway
(not included), you monitor sensor(s) from a smartphone,
tablet or computer on www.lacrossealerts.com, and set
up custom e-mail/text alerts*.
• Add up to 5 sensors (sold separately) per Internet gateway
(not included) to monitor additional areas.
