Time Machine compatible
and comes with Intego Backup Manager Pro™ (for Mac users)
and Genie Backup Manager Pro™ (for Windows users). Both
programs provide computer recovery for your workstation. In
addition, the LaCie Ethernet Disk also features a built-in engine
ensuring local data is backed up either over the network to
another Network Attached Storage device, or locally to a Direct
Attached Storage device, connectable through four Hi-Speed
USB expansion ports.
File Sharing Made Easy
Featuring advanced file sharing technology, the LaCie Ether-
net Disks allows users to share files between any workstations
logged on to the network. It supports the majority of business
operating systems, like Windows, Macintosh, Linux, and Unix.
By supporting up to 25 simultaneous Active Directory users, it
drastically reduces the complexity of file sharing and offers a
user-friendly technical solution.
