Before you install Personal Productivity Suite
(PPS)
Before you install Personal Productivity Suite 2.2 software, you must uninstall all
previous versions of PPS. To unistall previous versions, use the uninstall
program. The uninstall program is on the PPS CD for the software currently on
your computer.
Note: TSP launcher version 2.0 (see About menu item) corresponds to PPS 1.0.
TSP Launcher version 2.1 corresponds to PPS 1.1.
Important: You must install the Personal Productivity Suite software before you
install the Computer Telephony Adapter (CTA).
To uninstall PPS
1. Insert the PPS CD into your computer. Let the auto-play setup start.
2. Click the button for the required language.
3. Click the Installation button.
The Welcome screen appears.
4. Click the Next button.
The Software License Agreement screen appears.
5. After reading and agreeing with the license agreement, click the Yes button.
6. Click the Remove button
7. Select all of the check boxes that are available.
8. Click the Next button.
9. Click the Yes button.
10. Reboot your computer.
11. Install the software from the new PPS 2.2 CD.
12. Shutdown and power off your computer.
13. Install the Computer Telephony Adapter (CTA) according to documentation
contained on the PPS 2.2 CD.
14. Start your computer.
