them as electronic files or images on your PC—or
transmit them via e-mail or into a network folder
directly from the system’s operator panel:
• Scan your color document or artwork and send
it as an e-mail attachment via your Ethernet
network and SMTP server.
• Send the file to a folder on the network or over
the Internet to a folder on a remote PC or a
designated FTP server site.
• Save or send your documents or art as PDF,
JPEG, TIFF or M-TIFF files.
• Send faxes directly from your PC.
