orattributabletoabuse,misuse,failuretofollowinstructions,

improperinstallationormaintenance,alteration,accident,Actsof

God(suchasoodsorlightning),orexcessvoltageorcurrent;(b)

improperorincorrectlyperformedrepairsbypersonswhoarenot

aRadioShackAuthorizedServiceFacility;(c)consumablessuchas

fusesorbatteries;(d)ordinarywearandtearorcosmeticdamage;

(e)transportation,shippingorinsurancecosts;(f)costsofproduct

removal,installation,set-upservice,adjustmentorreinstallation;

and(g)claimsbypersonsotherthantheoriginalpurchaser.

Shouldaproblemoccurthatiscoveredbythiswarranty,take

theproductandtheRadioShacksalesreceiptasproofof

purchasedatetoanyRadioShackstoreintheU.S.RadioShack

will,atitsoption,unlessotherwiseprovidedbylaw:(a)repair

theproductwithoutchargeforpartsandlabor;(b)replacethe

productwiththesameoracomparableproduct;or(c)refundthe

purchaseprice.Allreplacedpartsandproducts,andproducts

onwhicharefundismade,becomethepropertyofRadioShack.

Neworreconditionedpartsandproductsmaybeusedinthe

performanceofwarrantyservice.Repairedorreplacedpartsand

productsarewarrantedfortheremainderoftheoriginalwarranty

period.Youwillbechargedforrepairorreplacementofthe

productmadeaftertheexpirationofthewarrantyperiod.

RESULTINGFROMINCONVENIENCEANDANYLOSSOFTIME,
