USE & CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Congratulations on your purchase of De’Longhi Cookware as it will give you years of cooking pleasure. Please read these suggestions carefully to
ensure that warranty is valid.
Before using your new Cookware wash it in hot water with mild liquid soap or in a dishwasher with dishwasher detergent.
To cook: your Cookware can be used on the stovetop or in the oven. However, if your Cookware has a glass cover, it is not recommended for oven use. If your
Cookware needs to be covered while in the oven, aluminum foil should be used instead of the glass cover. Stainless Steel covers can be used in the oven. While the
handles can withstand oven temperatures, care should be taken when handling the hot pan.
Never use your Cookware on high heat. A low to medium heat setting is recommended for most cooking. A setting of medium high is sufficient to boil water.
Never leave an empty pan over a hot burner. This can cause damage to the stovetop and ruin the pan.
Metal utensils will scratch the inside surface of the Cookware. To maintain the appearance of the Cookware we recommend using plastic or wooden utensils.
To clean your Cookware, fill it with water immediately after use and let stand until the water cools to lukewarm. Use a sponge of soft cloth to remove any residual food
on the sides or bottom. Do not use steel wool or other metal pads as these will scratch finish of your Cookware.
To remove food that is burned on the inside of a pan add about 1 inch of water in the pan then add a tablespoon of non-lemon dishwasher detergent. Bring the water
to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Allow the pan to cool then drain and loosen the residue with a plastic spatula or sponge. Repeat this procedure if necessary. If
there is small amount of residue left it can be removed using stainless steel or metal cleaner.
Dishwasher may be used to clean the Cookware. Remember that other dishes rubbing against the pan will scratch it. A non-lemon detergent should be used.
Stains or residues caused by certain recipes may give the exterior of the Cookware a cloudy appearance. This discoloration can easily be removed using stainless steel
or metal cleaner.
25 YEAR WARRANTY
Your De’Longhi Cookware is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship, under normal household use, for a period of 25 years.
This warranty excludes damage caused by accident, misuse or abuse, including but not limited to overheating, scratches, discoloration, stains or any other damage
that does not impair the use and performance of the cookware.
