Kurzbeschreibung
Die DeLock PCI Karte erweitert Ihren PC um zwei externe Serielle Ports. Sie
können an die Karte verschiedene Geräte wie z.B. Scanner, Modems, Mäuse etc.

*Überzeugen Sie sich vor Inbetriebnahme, dass alle Bestandteile des Lieferumfangs in der

umgehend an Ihren Fachhändler.
Hardware Installation
Hinweis:
Folgen Sie den hier anschließenden allgemeinen Anweisungen zur Installation
der Karte. Bei Bedarf lesen Sie bitte in Ihrem Computerhandbuch nach oder
wenden Sie sich an einen Fachmann.
1. Schalten Sie Ihren PC aus, ziehen Sie das Netzkabel.
2. Öffnen Sie das Gehäuse.
3. Entfernen Sie das Slotblech vom gewünschten freien PCI Steckplatz.
4.
Stecken Sie die Karte gerade und vorsichtig in den freien PCI-Slot, bis sie fest sitzt.
5. Befestigen Sie die Karte mit einer Schraube am Gehäuse.
6. Schließen Sie das Gehäuse wieder und verbinden Sie das Netzkabel mit dem
Netzteil.
Treiber Installation
Windows XP Service Pack 2
Installation des Controllers:
1. Nach dem Einbau des Gerätes erscheint nach dem Start der
Hardware-Assistent, wählen Sie "nein, diesmal nicht" und klicken Sie auf
"weiter".
2. Legen Sie die Treiber CD in das Laufwerk und "Software automatisch
installieren" auswählen, auf "weiter" klicken.
3. Wählen Sie den Treiber "nm9835s" und danach auf "weiter" klicken.
4. Der Treiber wird gefunden, auf "Installation fortsetzen" klicken.
5. Und nun auf "Fertig stellen".
Installation der Seriellen Schnittstelle
1. Hardware-Assistent meldet sich mit einer neuen Seriellen Schnittstelle,
wählen Sie "nein, diesmal nicht" und klicken Sie auf "weiter".
2. "Software automatisch installieren" auswählen, auf "weiter" klicken.
3. "Installation fortsetzen" klicken.
4. Und nun auf "Fertig stellen".
5. Danach wird der zweite Port der Seriellen Schnittstelle erkannt, gehen Sie
Schritt 1-4 noch einmal durch.
Danach ist Ihre PCI Karte installiert, somit können Sie nun das Gerät verwenden.
Windows 2000/XP Service Pack 1
Installation des Controllers:
1. Nach dem Einbau des Gerätes erscheint nach dem Start der
Hardware-Assistent.
2. Legen Sie die Treiber CD in das Laufwerk, wählen Sie den Treiber "nm9835s"
und danach auf "weiter" klicken.
3. Der Treiber wird gefunden, auf "Installation fortsetzen" klicken.
4. Und nun auf "Fertig stellen".
Installation der Seriellen Schnittstelle
1. Hardware-Assistent meldet sich mit einer neuen Seriellen Schnittstelle,
"Software automatisch installieren" auswählen, auf "weiter" klicken.
2. "Installation fortsetzen" klicken.
3. Und nun auf "Fertig stellen".
4. Danach wird der zweite Port der Seriellen Schnittstelle erkannt, gehen Sie
Schritt 1-4 noch einmal durch.
Danach ist Ihre PCI Karte installiert, somit können Sie nun das Gerät verwenden.
Windows 98/98SE/ME
Installation des Controllers:
1.
Nach dem Einbau des Gerätes erscheint nach dem Start der Hardware-Assistent.
2. Legen Sie die Treiber CD in das Laufwerk und klicken auf "weiter".
3. "Nach besten Treiber suchen" auswählen, auf "weiter" klicken.
4. Option “CD Laufwerk” auswählen, den Pfad: CD Laufwerk
NetMos\ nm9835s\Win98 und auf "ok" und danach auf "weiter" klicken.
5. Danach noch einmal auf "weiter", der Treiber wird installiert.
6. Und nun auf "Fertig stellen".
7. Der PC muss neu gestartet werden, klicken Sie dazu auf "ja".
8. Nach dem Neustart können Sie das Gerät verwenden.

Hardware Installation
Note:
Follow the general instructions for installation of the card. If necessary, read the
manual of your computer, or ask a specialist for help.
1. Turn off your PC, and unplug the power cord.
2. Open the housing.
3. Remove the slot holder from the available PCI.
4.
Insert the card straight and carefully into the free PCI slot, until it is well seated.
5. Use a screw to attach the card to the housing.
6. Reattach the housing, and connect the power cord to the AC adapter.
Driver Installation
Windows XP Service Pack 2
Controller installation:
1. After installing the hardware and starting your computer the hardware
assistant will appear. Choose the option “No, not this time” and click
“Continue”.
2. Put the driver CD in the CD-ROM drive, choose “Install software
automatically” and click “Continue”.
3. Choose the driver "nm9835s" and click ”Continue“.
4. When driver is located, click “Continue installation”.
5. Click “Finish”.
Install serial interface
1. The hardware assistant appears with a newly found serial interface. Choose
“No, not this time” and click “Continue”.
2. Choose “Install software automatically” and click “Continue”.
3. Click “Continue installation”.
4. Click “Finish”.
5. When the second serial port is found, repeat steps 1-4.
Your PCI card is installed and ready for use.

Controller installation:
1. After installing the hardware and starting your computer the hardware
assistant appears.

7. Your PC must be restarted now, click “Yes”.
8. After rebooting the device is ready for use.

Hardware Installation
Note:
Suivez les instructions générales pour l'installation de la carte. Si nécessaire,
consultez le manuel de votre ordinateurs, ou demander l'aide d'un spécialiste.
1. Eteignez votre PC et débranchez le cordon d'alimentation.
2. Enlevez le support du slot pour le port PCI disponible.
3. Insérez la carte tout droit et avec précaution dans un slot PCI libre, jusqu'à ce
qu'elle soit bien en place.
4. Utilisez une vis pour attacher la carte au boîtier.
5. Fixez également le support arrière avec une vis sur le boîtier.
6. Remontez le boîtier et branchez le cordon d'alimentation et l'adaptateur AC.
Installation du pilote
Windows XP Service Pack 2
Installation du contrôleur:
1. Après l'installation matérielle et le démarrage de votre ordinateur, l'assistant
matériel apparaît. Choisissez l'option “Non, pas pour l'instant” et cliquez sur
“Continuer”.
2. Insérez le CD pilote dans le lecteur de CD-ROM, choisissez “Installer le logiciel
automatiquement ” et cliquez sur “Continuer”.
3. Choisissez le pilote "nm9835s" et cliquez sur ”Continuer“.
4. Une fois le pilote repéré, cliquez sur “Continuer l'installation”.
5. Cliquez sur “Terminer”.
Installation de l'interface série
1. L'assistant matériel apparaît avec une nouvelle interface série détectée.
Choisissez “Non, pas pour l'instant” et cliquez sur “Continuer”.
2. Choisissez “Installer le logiciel automatiquement ” et cliquez sur “Continuer”.
3. Cliquez sur “Continuer l'installation”.
4. Cliquez sur “Terminer”.
5. Lorsque le second port série est trouvé, répétez les étapes 1-4.
Votre carte PCI est installée et prête à l'emploi.

5. Cliquez sur “Continuer”. Le pilote est en cours d'installation.
6. Cliquez sur “Terminer”.
7. Votre PC doit à présent être redémarré, cliquez sur “Oui”.
8. Après redémarrage, le périphérique est prêt à l'emploi.

Hardware Instalación
Nota:

1. Apague su equipo y desconecte el cable de alimentación.
2. Abra la carcasa.
3. Retire la sujeción de la ranura PCI disponible.

5. Utilice un destornillador para unir la tarjeta a la carcasa.

“Continuar”.
5. Haga clic en “Continuar”. El controlador comenzará a instalarse.
6. Haga clic en “Finalizar”.
7. Debe reiniciar el equipo ahora, haga clic en “Sí”.
8. Después de reiniciar, podrá utilizar el dispositivo.
