Race Mode:
1. Use the UP / DOWN buttons to select RACE and press ENTER to confirm.
2. Use the UP / DOWN buttons to select a CHALLENGE level and press ENTER to confirm. (Total
level = 15, L1 = 1:00 TIME/500M, L15 = 8:00 TIME/500M, Increments default: 0:30 TIME/500M,
Meters default: 500M)
3. Press START/STOP key to begin. Use the UP / DOWN buttons to adjust resistance level.
4. After either the PC or User reach the target distance, computer will stop and display the winner.
5. Press on the START/STOP button to pause. Press RESET to return to the main menu.
User Program Mode:
1. Use the UP / DOWN buttons to select a user program and press ENTER to confirm.
2. Use the UP / DOWN buttons to set a load level for the first column and press ENTER to select
the next column. Repeat this step for all 16 columns.
3. Press and hold on the ENTER button to finish or quit the setup.
4. Use the UP / DOWN buttons to set a workout time.
5. Press on the START/STOP button to begin workout. Use the UP / DOWN buttons to adjust
resistance level during exercise.
6. The console will beep twice when the target value reach 0.
7. Press on the START/STOP button to pause. Press RESET to return to the main menu.
Recovery Mode
1. User must be wearing a chest strap to use this feature. When the pulse value is displayed on
the computer, press on the RECOVERY button.
2. Hold on the hand pulse sensor until the TIME display finish the countdown from 60 seconds.
3. After the countdown ends, the result will be displayed on the monitor:
1.0 OUTSTANDING
1.0 < 1.9
EXCELLENT
2.0 < 2.9
GOOD
3.0 < 3.9
FAIR
4.0 < 5.9
BELOW AVERAGE
6.0 POOR
